We are CCP Housing, a small family business that only owns and manages our own properties in Fort Smith, and we look forward to helping you find a new home! Don't do it!
July 3, 20191st its 12 units. Parking is a nightmare, laundry facility is a joke, loud and rude neighbors. Trash all over. Management does not seem to care. The 2 bedroom apts have such tiny bedrooms you could use 1 as a walk-in closet. Don't bother.. Find something worthwhile.Property Manager Responded
