When we moved here years ago, Crystal and Destiny in the office were AMAZING! Would take your call if you needed something (or returned the call if you go voicemail)…would reply to emails…maintenance requests were attended to promptly. Although the Maintenance Team is still the same (and great people) things don’t get complete timely and the communication is awful. No follow up when something isn’t complete yet always asking to post a review. If they could just get better management that actually ...
cared about the residents and the property I would give it 4 stars…still needs improvements (new paint outside but no in stairwells etc) but decent place as far as location for conveniences…and the new color scheme makes an old property look modernized. So if you’re ok with just fixing things yourself and never ever seeing someone from the office after lease signing, this place is for you!
