    I enjoy staying in 8001 for 2 years ,The building amenities are fantastic and the staff are super friendly and caring.This is the best apartments in Bethesda area close to metro ,trader joe , and restaurants. I really love this place .

    I've never written a negative review in my life, but this place earned it. I was called less than a week before my scheduled move out date and informed they could not find my signed termination of tenancy and had "no choice" but to charge me an extra 60 days rent. To add insult to injury they added penalty fees because this additional "rental" was short-term. If you rent here make sure you retain proof of any submitted document or you could be stuck with 2.5 months of rental expenses while living ...

    I have nothing but great things to say about 8001 Woodmont. We are in the midst of moving in, both Kimberly and Mariah from the leasing team have made the process seamless and easy! They have gone out of their way to make sure we are having a good experience with the move and we couldn't be more pleased.     Our apartment has lots of sunlight and fresh air. People living here smile and greet with each other. Facilities are new and clean. The leasing team and the management people at the reception are very nice. The maintenance team is also responsive to our issues. We enjoy this 8001 Woodmont the most among all we lived thus far.

    I love this community! Beautiful building, excellent staff and certainly feels like home! If I could change one thing it would be to have a printer and paper shredder for residents to use — not a full blown business center, but some basics that smaller apartments can’t accommodate.

    We moved in at the end of October. Move in was easy and leasing staff was extremely helpful! The concierge team headed by Jemila is outstanding. We feel like we are living in a 5 star hotel!! They are kind and courteous and always available. The maintenance team is very responsive and takes care of things quickly and always with a smile.
