BEWARE
November 9, 2023I've never written a negative review in my life, but this place earned it. I was called less than a week before my scheduled move out date and informed they could not find my signed termination of tenancy and had "no choice" but to charge me an extra 60 days rent. To add insult to injury they added penalty fees because this additional "rental" was short-term. If you rent here make sure you retain proof of any submitted document or you could be stuck with 2.5 months of rental expenses while living ...elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 26, 2022I have nothing but great things to say about 8001 Woodmont. We are in the midst of moving in, both Kimberly and Mariah from the leasing team have made the process seamless and easy! They have gone out of their way to make sure we are having a good experience with the move and we couldn't be more pleased. Hans from the concierge desk is wonderful and super helpful - even while tackling multiple things he makes you feel like you are his priority. Moving can be stressful but I will say the team are ...a breath of fresh air. The neighborhood is wonderful too - you can't beat living above a Trader Joes and having the best of Bethesda in your vicinity.Property Manager Responded

The best apartment we've ever lived
September 9, 2022Our apartment has lots of sunlight and fresh air. People living here smile and greet with each other. Facilities are new and clean. The leasing team and the management people at the reception are very nice. The maintenance team is also responsive to our issues. Feels like Home

We love this building!!!
January 13, 2022We moved in at the end of October. Move in was easy and leasing staff was extremely helpful! The concierge team headed by Jemila is outstanding. We feel like we are living in a 5 star hotel!! They are kind and courteous and always available. The maintenance team is very responsive and takes care of things quickly and always with a smile. Our apartment is gorgeous and the views are magnificent! Everyone who visits us is awe struck by our apartment and all of the amenities offered.
