A nightmare
December 27, 2025Reposting my google review. I didn't report it before. but now I will. Our unit has flooded from a leak from the ceiling. We came home to see water all over the kitchen appliances, floor, and light fixture. This place is a complete and utter disaster. The only thing maintenance did was paint over what happened, for it to happen AGAIN. UPDATE: 12/15: Roaches. Just checking off the list of one awful thing to another. This place is so dirty that we have American roaches in the winter. This is ...hands down the single worst place I have ever lived in. I regret moving here every single day. Management and the front office does not care. UPDATE: 9/6: I say without exaggeration that I witnessed a solicitor walking around yesterday, and a homeless person aimlessly walking the hallways here today. Is this place a joke? Are you people serious? And you have the gall to nag tenants for HOA complaints? I want you all to think long and hard before you lease here. Conduct this simple experiment. Examine each door around the building and assess how they look. Chances are, you'll see handles ripped off, doors tipped slightly open, elevators down, gate doors broken. This complex has zero care for tenant safety. UPDATE 6/27: As of writing this, the alarms went off at 4am on memorial day, the elevator has been down for over a month, the pool is closed, the front garage gate is broken, we’ve put in maintenance requests for roaches that have been CONTINUOUSLY ignored and closed. Put in others for a leaking ceiling which took 3 WEEKS to fix. We have cockroaches in our fridge that make the water absolutely disgusting. I’m pretty sure this is a legitimate hazard. From my original review: this sign is unclear, deceptive to delivery people, and a huge hazard. What if EMT’s need to get to 3090 labeled units? They won’t know where to provide help to someone in an emergency. Second, if people keep throwing garbage, why not supply adequate garbage cans? It’s been this way since the day we moved in. Just provide a garbage can or something if it’s persistent for so long. You’re making this a tenant issue when it doesn’t have to be. Folks handling the place are nice, no complaints. Personally wish the floors and halls were cleaner and were steam cleaned regularly. They are clearly not. Edit: happy memorial day! the fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning, which, surprise! is again a false positive. the fifth one in the time we’ve moved here. inexcusableProperty Manager Responded

Amazing community and management team

The office team, including Becki, Bo, and Emiah, are true rockstars - always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any concerns. Weed smell & fire alarms
April 5, 2023If you love the smell of weed, you’ll love it here. ‘Smoke free’ complex is an absolute joke. Also, it’s 4/5/23, the fire alarm starting going off at 7am and hasn’t stopped. It’s now 7:45am. That’s a lovely trend, as well.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here
February 18, 2023Just moved in and so far it’s been up and down. I would give more stars, but I think the sound insulation could be much better. I am on the top floor and can feel the vibrations when surrounding apartments slam a door or cabinet. It’s very hard if you work from home. I can even hear the neighbors next me slam their door and the vibrations from them living their life. The migraines are non-stop due to noise. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to survive the full term of my lease, but I will update my ...review if anything changes. It feels like an earthquake 24/7. My apartment will smell like weed occasionally from the next door neighbor, but I think that’s based on personal preference whether or not it will bother you. I enjoy the electric parking stations and moving in was seamless. Ryan and Dylan helped a lot, but ultimately I’m not sure my issues with the noise can be fixed which is a bummer. It’s unbearable. I had high hopes for this place, but a few weeks in I’ve been left disappointed. If you have noise sensitivity and enjoy sleep at night this may not be the place for you. Edit: Potential tenants should know that the leasing office cannot do anything without smelling it themselves although the smells and noises happen AFTER business hours. Luckily I was able to call the courtesy officer and he verified the noise and spoke with my neighbor. Unfortunately the officer said he can’t do anything about the weed smell and it’s up to the LEASING office to deal with. Your car will get broken into.Property Manager Responded

Dog kennel
March 5, 2022This is not an apartment complex, this is a dog kennel. There is dog poop and pee constantly in the hallways, and dogs are left on balconies to bark day and night. Do not live here!Property Manager Responded
