They have one broken washing machine downstairs in the dungeon that can only be acessed during the week so if you work and have weekends off you won't be able to use the one washer machine because the doors are kept locked. the building and apartments are a disgrace. You can definitely tell these people cut every corner in the book. There's no insulation in the walls so prepare for your apartment to feel like the North Pole during the winter.
