There are a lot of cars in the garage that don’t have permits. So when I come home, especially on the weekends, there are no spots. If you get towed, you’re just unlucky. The gates do close, but there is a gate inside the garage that seems to randomly work. So sometimes you get stuck behind people with no fob and no permit trying to get in and expect you to let them in since you’re stuck too. I’ve seen the towing company only check handicap placards. People speed too which is why the pillars have ...
dents or scratches. Garage is full of trash and people don’t adhere to the valet trash rules. There are email reminders but nobody enforces. Drinks are all over the parking spots especially on the higher floors. There’s a large box of used Modelos in the garage since the start of the World Cup and it’s getting grosser and grosser. An old car battery was left by the wall in one of the spots since before I moved in. At least the fire alarms have stopped going off in the middle of the night.

We appreciate your observations about the garage conditions. All vehicles that are parked in our garage are required to have a parking permit. We do use the Reliant App to issue guest and resident permits. You may not see the physical stickers in the windows as those are mailed to the residents but so long as vehicles are registered in the app the vehicles are allowed to be parked in the garage. Your insights are valuable, and we'll make sure to pass them along to the management team for further review. Even though we just moved in, from the very start of the first tour we took until about a week into living here, we truly enjoy this commynity. Really enjoying our time here so far! Love the dog park and close proximity to downtown SJ! Staff has also been wonderful and helpful. Only issue thus far is the apartment smell so we got air purifier to solve that problem.

The apartment is mostly clean and has many good utilities. I saw dog pee on the elevator, but they cleaned quickly and they announced all residents to remind for pet policy. It has good security too.

Been living here since 2018 and it's gone visibly downhill. The hallways are constantly dirty. I'm going to have to stop having packages delivered here because it's so unsafe. Packages are literally left anywhere and everywhere around the building. The building itself is also unsafe. The gate is finally closed after it's been broken and wide open for months, but it won't surprise me if it breaks again soon to be honest. I don't think the place is a lost cause, but it's definitely far from what it ...

Quick responses to emails, property is very clean and leasing office is very communicative. Leasing office holds delivery people accountable, if locker is full they must deliver to apartment door. Parking is great too, first come first serve situation, but there is so many spots available, so there is no issues and it’s inside a gated garage.

Even though we payed for an extra parking pass they still towed my girlfriend car at 3 am. This apartment has had a break-in in the last 12 months. Staffs seem to be missing during their listed office hours.

Hi! Thank you for the note - we'd prefer you bring this to us so we can look into it. It is the resident's responsibility to make sure that your parking pass is visible on your car when you park - it's the only way that the tow company or security are able to know who is allowed to park, and who is not. Towing unauthorized vehicles that were taking up residents' spaces was a #1 request from residents - and we've made sure every resident was warned and aware so that no residents would get towed. I believe you and your girlfriend both put in anonymous 1-star reviews on the same day with the same content. Most of our reviews are positive, particularly about our staff. We encourage you to bring your concerns to us so that we can address them. We would love to understand which days /times you noted that we weren't available in the office during posted hours - we do our best to keep the office open unless absolutely necessary, even staggering our lunch times.
