Must see this new oceanfront living space! This is one of a few available after a complete renovation. The property is perched right on the bluff over-looking the Pacific Ocean. We have 1 BR and 2 BR units. All are spacious in this 1962 constructed building. Some have spectacular 180 degree oceanfront views throughout the apartment and its private balcony. Views are to Catalina Island, Dana Point and the iconic San Clemente Pier... with waves sounds below. All cabinets and pantries are new shaker cabinets with quartz counter tops. The new appliances are stainless gas stove/ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, double door fridges with door dispensing water and ice and built in double trash containers. The bathrooms are nicely appointed with double sinks built into the quartz, large mirrors and bright vanity lights. the shower/baths have rain shower heads with detachable sprayers and stainless barn door glass enclosures The BRs have large mirrored closet doors, two level clothes hangers and shelves plus pantry cabinets in the bedrooms. Generous pantry cabinets are throughout including the hallway plus a small hall closet. Because it's a legacy structure, it has large rooms and a nice sized private balcony with a ocean view.
