You will be tempted to rent here, b/c it is a "good price" for the amount of space you get and a prime location near DC, but I'm warning you, it is not. worth. the headaches. you will have, if you live here. There was a severe cockroach infestation in the entire building and I had to ask BTT several times before they would do anything about it even though it reached the point that our units were basically uninhabitable. They have one young handyman who does all their repairs. He has no licenses for any of the repairs he does. They tried to have him do the "pest control" instead of bringing in an actual pest control company when we all had hundreds of cockroaches in our units (no exaggeration). They then knowingly rented units to people when we moved out, without telling them about the active infestation. Seriously, save yourself the trouble. These buildings need significant renovations to pest-proof them and make them livable and BTT Management is unwilling to make those investments. I rarely write internet reviews, but in this case, hoping to help potential renters avoid the bad experience that I had.
