Roach infested/ Outdated
September 17, 2024This renovated apartment looks great at first glance, however is a nightmare. The laundry unit is non working even though promised to be operating when moving in. Pipes are horrible, old rusted which causes a huge roach problem around the apartment. Not safe for kids. Bathroom ventilation is little to none which causes mildew buildup on the ceilings. The property owner has not made any efforts to fix any major problems on the property. Including leaks in the roofs or gas leaks. Parking garage ...is also old and outdated which is also where the water heater sits. Once again because of the piping problem there are dead roaches in the garage. The water heater also leaks from time to time. Every unit has an issue with roaches.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
