Poor Managment
November 3, 2019Do not rent from this landlord, she doe not believe in maintaining her property nor does she believe in coming out addressing any issues you may be having in your unit. I lived here back in 2018 and caught several rodents in my unit She never respond to your emails or return phone calls she will all ways use her property manages as her front man.Don't pay your rent she will call you back and send you a letter. The outside of this property is horrible unkept from the front to the back the lighting ...is bad. This is not a safe place to live for no one. The City of Takoma Park need to board it up and shut it down living here is deplorable. The difference between living here and outside is you have a roof over your head other than that it's like living outside you may be better off considering circumstance. This property doesn't deserve 1 stare I've seen some bad properties this one here is the worse I've ever seen!. Poor ManagerRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
