Complete lack of peace and quiet
June 10, 2021The location is so ideal - it is great to be able to walk everywhere - but the walls, floors, and ceilings are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING coming from all directions. It is awful. One lousy washer/dryer that works well a small percentage of the time. Outdated finishes. Shabby. Very little upkeep and attention from owners/managment. I'd give it zero stars if I could.Review from Apartments.com
Mostly Bad
April 4, 2019Good location for work or downtown, but everything else is bad. This is a super loud complex, one resident throws parties, another plays loud music, and the neighbors next door play instruments. Units have old plugs (only 2 prongs), no A/C, cramped parking spaces, a tiny laundry room, and paper thin walls. You're better off with a V Rent apartment.Review from Apartments.com
