Huge Apartment, Small Town Feel

I love my apartment building and apartment. Upon entering the building you will be greeted with a quiet fountain and beautiful bushes. The entrance to the building has a zen feeling. It's very relaxing.
As for my apartment, it is quite large for a one bedroom and flooded with light. I believe the light is north facing, so it's very soft but bright.

livingroom. So it may seem like you have no kitchen, but with the right portable shelfing and large table, you can separate the kitchen area from the livingroom. My place truly feels like it has different sections, and all because of some well placed furniture.
The bedroom is quite large and bright as well. I actually have to buy black out paper curtains to darken the room.
I live a block down from a street that looks like a village. It has a diner, shops, restaurants and feels like a small town.
The area feels suburban, but the village area gives it a nice metropolitan touch.
