I recently moved out of this apartment and had problems with cockroaches starting in the summer. I also know other tennants have had issues with mice, which I likely only didn’t see because of my cats. They do spray which seemed to help with the roaches for a bit but there is clearly a larger problem in the building that isn’t being properly handled.

$50. After I signed the lease and mentioned I’d just get my own suddenly it wasn’t a rental fee but an electricity surcharge.
Finally, when I moved out, they decided it was appropriate to let themselves into my unit to start preparing it for the next person when I had paid rent through the end of the month and had two weeks left and had not returned my keys. They were using my vacuum and cleaning supplies to clean and had thrown away at least one of my items that was still there that I’d noticed. Would not recommend this building.
