841 Memorial is a gem of a community! This small boutique apartment is perfect for sometime who likes quiet and easy. The hallways are clean, resident events are fun and the staff is quick and helpful. You dont have much to worry about when living here except where to walk and grab something to eat! Oh yeah, the rooftop patio is a BONUS!

I thought I lucked out by getting a low-ish priced rent, but after 6 months of living here, I came home to a mouse in my apartment. I informed maintenance and management and they assured me that they looked extensively for holes and sealed them. Less than 2 weeks later, I found 3 mice in my kitchen area, one of which was in my fridge vents. Management was been slow in responding to requests, and overall I'm highly disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I would never live here again.

I have been here for three years and plan to stay until I purchase.
Pros: the front office staff is amazing and I have 100% certainty that the grounds and maintenance team are working extra hard to keep us safe and sanitized during COVID-19. The community is small so you can make friends easily especially if you have a dog. My neighbors are literally a newly found support system. The floorplans are spacious and the open shelving is as amazing as it looks.

Physical property looks very good and is kept well. But Policy enforcement is poor it smells like weed ALL THE TIME in some places. Also Parking for friends is a nightmare. What is the point of having a nice place if no one can visit you?
