I enjoy the complex. The employees are friendly and helpful, the manager is responsive, and maintenance is quick. I think the price is a tad high but overall fair for the area.

Love living here! The leasing offic staff is amazing and super friendly! Great ammenaties and haven't really had any major issues. I love that we have yard space and it doesn't feel like college living.

Have been a resident for almost a full year and have loved it. I can say the community is amazing, love being able to go on walks around 864 when I don't have class. The coffee trucks are amazing too.

The apartment itself is decent, but maintenance and move-in/move-out inspections could be much better. When we moved in, we had to get a new refrigerator, the couch was falling apart, and there were small bugs and a serious spider problem. It feels like units aren’t fully checked before new tenants move in, which was frustrating.
