Boulevard West
September 18, 2015Boulevard West is the perfect location and price. It is a 5 minute drive to Downtown Hartford and located right off the highway. The building is in the process of being renovated and they have improved the entrances, the garage, the elevators, and the hallways. The staff is extremely nice and very accommodating. Boulevard West is the best apartment around for the greatest price!Review from Apartments.com
