March 19, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comOur family recently moved from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom at 88 South Garfield Place Apartments, and we are so grateful for how smooth the transition was. Cindy from the leasing office was amazing throughout the entire process. She was not only professional but also very sincere and thoughtful. Instead of just showing us available units, she really tried to understand what our family needed. She even found us a unit that had been vacant for some time, which allowed us to sign a very favorable ...lease and save a lot of money. Her manager Stacey was equally wonderful — very friendly and understanding. She helped us with some of the switching costs and made the whole move feel much easier for our family. We also truly enjoy living here. The clubhouse is a great place to work or study, the heated pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the gym is excellent. I’ve even made some new connections with neighbors there — everyone has been very friendly. It was very comfortable to live in and the service was super good. Any problems were quickly solved. The front desk manager “cindy ” can speaks Chinese.
