If you’re looking for the most perfect apartment experience, this is it. We’ve lived here over five years and could not be more satisfied with our unit, the amenities and the staff. Excellent appliances, great apartment layout and close proximity to shopping (Sprouts) and endless restaurants. We still haven’t tried them all from Vietnamese, Indian, Lebanese and of course sushi. Yes it’s a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. See you at the resort pool.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a year and a half and recently renewed my lease. I’ve had a really positive experience here. The maintenance team is very responsive, they usually come out the next day after I submit a request. Although the building is about 10 years old, it’s been very well maintained. I worked there for 2 and a half years. The property is beautiful, and the management/maintenance is great. Staci, Cindy, and Josh at the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and happy to help residents. Jozelyn, Alonzo, and Xazier from maintenance were responsive and caring with any maintenance request. I'll definitely miss 88 and its residents!

Our family recently moved from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom at 88 South Garfield Place Apartments, and we are so grateful for how smooth the transition was. Cindy from the leasing office was amazing throughout the entire process. She was not only professional but also very sincere and thoughtful. lease and save a lot of money. Her manager Stacey was equally wonderful — very friendly and understanding. She helped us with some of the switching costs and made the whole move feel much easier for our family. We also truly enjoy living here. The clubhouse is a great place to work or study, the heated pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the gym is excellent. I’ve even made some new connections with neighbors there — everyone has been very friendly. For anyone looking for a great community in Alhambra, I highly recommend this place — especially Cindy and Stacey. Great people, great location, and great value.

We were live in Alhambra in the last 30+ years, just move in with my parents in the last month. Alhambra 88 is a really nice apartment to live in, it offer walking distance to markets, restaurants, shoppings. Cindy the Chinese speaking property is really caring and helpful, my parents just in love with her. I would recomment this apartment .
