I’ve been living in this apartment for a year and a half and recently renewed my lease. I’ve had a really positive experience here. The maintenance team is very responsive, they usually come out the next day after I submit a request. Although the building is about 10 years old, it’s been very well maintained. The appliances are in great condition, and the interiors are regularly refreshed with new paint and carpeting when needed. Cindy in the leasing office is also wonderful she’s always quick to ...

Staci, Cindy, and Josh at the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and happy to help residents. Our family recently moved from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom at 88 South Garfield Place Apartments, and we are so grateful for how smooth the transition was.
Cindy from the leasing office was amazing throughout the entire process. She was not only professional but also very sincere and thoughtful. Instead of just showing us available units, she really tried to understand what our family needed. She even found us a unit that had been vacant for some time, which allowed us to sign a very favorable ...

Her manager Stacey was equally wonderful — very friendly and understanding. She helped us with some of the switching costs and made the whole move feel much easier for our family.
We also truly enjoy living here. The clubhouse is a great place to work or study, the heated pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the gym is excellent. I’ve even made some new connections with neighbors there — everyone has been very friendly.
For anyone looking for a great community in Alhambra, I highly recommend this place — especially Cindy and Stacey. Great people, great location, and great value.

We were live in Alhambra in the last 30+ years, just move in with my parents in the last month. Alhambra 88 is a really nice apartment to live in, it offer walking distance to markets, restaurants, shoppings. Cindy the Chinese speaking property is really caring and helpful, my parents just in love with her. I would recomment this apartment .

I just arrived in the United States and found a lot of apartments, but I only liked Apartment 88. Sure enough, the decision was very correct. It was very comfortable to live in and the service was super good. Any problems were quickly solved. The front desk manager “cindy ” can speaks Chinese.
