I LIVE IN 8TH STREET APARTMENTS AND LOVE IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOOD FACILITY TO KEEP ME HEALTHY . THIS PROPERTY IS SO QUIET I LOVE IT BECAUSE THE MANAGER ALWAYS ON THE PROPERTY , I SAW THE MANAGER CALL COP ON INTRUDER ALSO . THAT KEEP ME FEEL SAFE BECAUSE NO STRANGER AROUND THE PREMISE

I have friends As well as my Ex living in the 8 st apartments and have been going regularly there for over four years, it was a good place to live and visit. But since they hired the current manager he has hired drug addicts and allows them to live there. since then the constant stink of Marijuana both inside and outside of the apartments ( the smell inside of the building stopped when I mentioned it to the employee which smokes the drug.) I as well as some of my friends have seen him smoking it ...
and reported that to the manager. When the marijuana was reported ( I saw this being reported to him 4 times and some of my friends told me they also reported it to him ) the manager never showed to investigate. When he was out there once and the smell was strong I mentioned it to him, he looked at me then left without bothering to investigate despite the apartment tenant contract stating the use of illegal substances were a reason to evict. While the property owners claim that they want no drug use on their property their actions say otherwise. The owners do not have to take anyone's word for their employees drug use they can have him drug tested on the grounds that it has been reported so many times by tenants.
