This building is full of bed bugs, roaches, mice and even a rat was killed in one apt by a cat. So beware

Great location.

The location of this property is fabulous. It's convenient to downtown and the rest of the valley. The place was built in 1928 and hasn't really been updated since the 70's so there are some issues, ie. the plumbing, electrical but overall, a great place to live.
