Do NOT rent here. I lived here as a student from 2023 to 2025 and it was the worst. My AC unit went out midway through summer and despite very assurance that an ever changing number of companies were working on the issue it never got fixed. In the winter there was no heat. Although they provided a space heater and a stationary AC unit this does not make up for the lack of central heating and cooling. several times in the summer there were pool parties till 4 in the morning. Although when management changed in 2024 these issues slightly improved, the lack of heating/cooling was never resolved. Please please please do not rent from here. All they care about is cashing your check
