Mice everywhere
February 20, 2024There was a mice infestation for over 6 months and the property manager did nothing to help. We had to confront them multiple times to do something about it and they even tried to not pay for the damaged items at first. Save your time and money. All the electrical wires are messed up due to the train constantly going by.Review from Apartments.com

April 13, 2023Insane utility bills/hidden fees. Flickering lights non stop worse when train goes by. Train is so loud and building shakes. Less than 2 years old foundation cracking and black mold. Water leaks and electrical issues
June 24, 2022Repetitive water leaks after storms. Electrical issues in every single unit such as tripping circuit breakers and flickering lights. Stolen packages and unauthorized entry due to both entrances not closing and locking sufficiently. List goes on. Everything is pretty mediocre in comparison to the nearby new buildings. Brand new and broken
May 12, 2022New construction the lights flicker, the circuit breakers were installed incorrectly so if you try to plug something in the wall it trips good luck making coffee in the morning. They have yet to fix the problems and it’s been a year. They’ve ignored my maintenance requests. There is a mysterious radio frequency issue they’re trying to blame their poor quality and maintenance on. There is dog pee covering the carpets in the hallway and stairs as well as pee in the elevator all the time. People ...smoke weed and cigarettes in their units and you can smell it in your unit even though it’s supposed to be smoke free. The trains are soooo loud and the building shakes when they go by.
