We miss you!
October 18, 2019My family and I lived at 900 West before we moved to CA. We loved the community as well as the office staff and will really miss it! I would highly recommend this community to all. Miss it!
March 11, 2019Lived here from 2011-2015 and had no issues. We purchased a house because we were expanding our family and needed more space. The staff was good. Maintenance was fast and we loved the location. The area can be a little noisy but the community itself is great!Review from Apartments.com

September 13, 2018We lived here when it was first built and until around 2012. The management was amazing and you could see the changes being made back then. June 18, 2018I absolutely love it here. We have lived here for about 9 months and the maintenance staff is friendly and the best! There are 3 of them and they all live here. I think the manager lives here too because I see her on weekends. I have had no issues. My apartment is nice and my neighbors are the best. I was a little worried about the area since this part of Lansing has a bad name and I work long hours at GM but it has exceeded my expectations.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t waste your money
January 28, 2018We have lived here 2 months and I absolutely hate it. There’s a serious drug problem and my apartment always stinks like the neighbors weed. Many complaints to the leasing office and I’m told to call the police. I truly wish I could get out of my lease here. It’s horrible.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place to live
January 15, 2018Materials used for maintenance are cheap. Neighbors are loud and rude. Unattended kids everywhere and the downstairs stays cold while the upstairs is burning up. This place looks nice on the outside but horrible once you move. I would not recommend it.Review from Apartments.com

September 25, 2016Property is not maintained, especially the interiors. There have been some cosmetic updates, but the outdated central Hvac, heat systems struggle to maintain comfortable interior temps.. freeze on the lower floor, 2nd floor is a sauna. Evidence is reflected in BWL, $150 /month utility bills. Excessive noise coming from corporate rental "frat" townhomes. Garbage is littered throughout the complex. Minor children run the peppery with no supervision, and loud blaring music from vehicles anytime of ...the day or night. Nasty laundry room and on-site gym. And only one maint employee in site. Great place!
August 25, 2015Great place to live! Office staff is always friendly and willing to help. Whenever you need something fixed maintenance is usually there within 24hours unless it's an emergency.
