If you love cigarette smells, mold and sleep deprivation

Live here for a year and it was awful. Apartments are big but you can hear everything upstairs. People smoke in their apartments and it travels to your apartment regardless of it being a no smoking property. Bunch of homeless people showing up and parking their stuff at your front door. Not to mention bed bugs traveling from upstairs to down stairs. Leaking water from neighbors upstairs bathroom through the ceiling. Asking management to fix. Never actually fixing it.
