    Really pleased with how they prepared my unit. Love the area, being next to the farmers market, and how close to downtown. Definitely wish there were more community events, just because I'm new here and I could benefit from meeting new people

    Pool is well kept and I like the coffee machine. Neighborhood is nice, I like going to the farmers market across the street. The package room design isn't my favorite

    So far so good! Everyone has been very nice. Maintenance responds quick. Our apartment is spacious which is a great deviation from the other small Nashville apartment available.

    Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area and other amenities are clean, and i love the coffee machine in the resident lounge.

  • Location is great. Management is awful

    Location is amazing, but property management does not care about their tenants one bit. Every time I have an issue there is no communication until I follow up multiple times. Their corporate policies prevent them from being helpful in anyway. I am living with cockroaches and have to keep reaching out to ask when this will be resolved and communication is different based on who you talk to and not helpful.

    Love living here. Great views and great community feel. Front office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great value in a great area close to the city. Love it here!

    The location is awesome...love being right across from the farmers market and the park. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. The one area that needs attention is the hallways and smell in the hallways. Should be as nice as the lobby area.

    Overall a great place to live. Decent neighborhood and great people live here. Staff is nice and friendly and new management is doing well. Excited for the interior painting to get started! Only suggestion is better amenities. Thank you!

    Good place, great amenities, very nice staff, and very good col. Only caveat is how “un-diverse” the neighborhood is (gentrified). It also gets crowded with tourists especially in the summer if hanging out is your thing.

    It’s a quiet and cozy place to live. Lots of longtime residents here which feels like a good sign and relatively affordable compared to other communities very nearby. Living across the street from the farmers market is also a huge plus.
