Excellent location . The warmth and friendliness of the staff make it very nice and easy to settle. Everyday you see someone and they are always saying hello. Especially as when you live on your own the small things are very important .

Great place to live. Very convenient to walk to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Landscaping always very well maintained. Maintenance issues are addressed very quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

We chose the perfect residence

We’ve been living here at West Paces ferry for close to two years. The personnel, property, and location are perfect for us. The management and maintenance personnel here are outstanding. The service they provide is excellent-They are Insanely attentive and responsive. The property is safe, clean and very well maintained. We love the amenities-the pool, the gym, the common areas and even the coffee machine!!! For us, the location is perfect. We have a Whole Foods across the street, a Publix ...
right down the street and countless restaurants and bars just a short walk away. We would recommend 92 West Paces to anyone!!

I would give the property an overall 4, however, the property needs to explore options for additional soundproofing. You can hear too much through the walls of the adjacent apartment.

92 W Paces is the best community in the Buckhead area. The management team is knowledgeable and very responsive. Neighbors are welcoming, nice and fun to be around. And, the community is within walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping in the Atlanta!
