February 28, 2019I’ve been living here for the past 5 months (moved here from the Bronx) and I love it. Has everything you need. Building is new. I have my own parking spot and it’s very close walking distance to the train. Very nice.Review from Apartments.com
Bad for business
March 15, 2018Been atleast two weeks I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails with no one returning my calls. I called and complained to the operator she took my info and said she’ll email the leasing agent and he will contact me. Still haven’t heard from anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Possible scam
March 13, 2018I have been calling this company for two weeks trying to find out about apartment availability and I never get a call back or an answered phone call. I finally was able to get through to Linda whom I'm guessing is the receptionist, she took down all my information and said that Simon would call back. I haven't heard from this "Simon" person yet. I was told the company has multiple properties besides this one and I haven't gotten any replies, So to be honest as far as I'm concerned this isn't even ...a real company. Oh wait Linda did ask me to fill out an application online to which I explained to her I would not fill out an application on an apartment I haven't even seen yet. I explained that I am leery about putting my personal information out there for an apartment that may not even exist. She said she totally understood and she would have this "Simon" person call me back to set up a viewing. I'm still waiting.
