Maintenance is okay, but management communication is inconsistent and verbal promises often change — get everything in writing. Free parking is very limited, and covered parking is expensive, so plan for that cost. The community is car-dependent, making parking even more important. December 2, 2025I enjoy living in this community because it’s generally very quiet, and any work requests I submit are handled in a timely manner. The main drawbacks are that parking can be challenging at times, and I’m not a fan of having to pay extra for additional storage space instead of it being included. October 6, 2025Mostly quiet complex nice amenities and floorplan as well. I would try to avoid having a unit directly under a garage as it can be quite loud in the morning. Packages and mail flow has been nice as well.Property Manager Responded

I enjoy that they always have such a great attitude when I’ve contacted them for anything I’ve needed, big or small. The apt is also really beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. You can tell that the property company really puts effort into keeping the community clean. This has been by far one of the best communities I’ve lived in.
