DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. There have been two occasions that I found homeless people sleeping at the bottom
of my stairs on my way to work. When I expressed concern to my landlord about this and my desire to break the lease early, he was extremely difficult to deal with and said NO. He did not even try to help the situation. I would not recommend living here to anyone. Landlord is very rude and not helpful.
