July 7, 2021It was a good experience. Lived here for 4 years...a few new fees incurred at the top of 2021...which after I moving I realize is pretty standard with lot of apartment complexes. Maintenance was great and I always felt safe with them in my apt. which was super important to me. Lots of families, sometimes parking lot a little nuts with bikes and kids, but cool to see all the kids enjoying themselves. All in all i would rent here again if i ever found myself back in CTReview from Apartments.com

March 31, 2019I feel incredibly safe here and it’s close to a lot of things. However If you don’t live on the top it sounds like elephants walking around. Also, the apartment hallways smell HORRIBLE!!! And the gym too sometimes unless you’re alone. If it wasn’t for these things I’d stay long but it’s making me want to leave.Property Manager Responded
