Long standing tenant
September 18, 2022We have been living here for 22 years, the rent keeps going up every year which is understandable. I think the apartments should be upgraded if your rent goes up. Our carpeting and floors are the same since we moved in, which was around 2000. Our bathroom vanity is probably from 1970 when the building was built. The parking has gotten terrible over the years, tenants with 3 and 4 cars and they are allowed to park there work vehicles here. People park on the grass next to the lot because there is ...no parking, good thing we only have one car. It is a quiet and nice place to live, it would be better if rules were enforced and upgrades were made. I love the area shopping, schools, restaurants are near by it would be better if neighbors would be more considerate of each other.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
