Residents have been cordial and respectful of shared amenities. Complex is renewing the premises working towards luxury appearance again. Resident social events and planned landlord events are at an all time high and seem to be enjoyed by all. Amazon hub and mail center needs a better way of dealing with daily delivery of packages. Before I lived here I spent most summers and nights out. The last two years I hardly go anywhere because there is so much to do in my home with friends and my son. Living here feels like a hotel, in-fact my son often says can we go back to the "room". It's like living with my close friends in a safe spotless home with plenty to do. I wish to never leave! The new events taking place monthly are wonderful!

Starting to feel that landlord recognizes benefits of long-term residents who tend to treat property like their own home. Landlord seems to be making an effort to bring luxury standards back.

Doors to exterior still often broken/left ajar, carpeting stains remain month after month, 3rd floor hallway walls were skipped during painting of 1st & 2nd floor hallways, carpeting in desperate need of vacuuming and steam cleaning, exterior windows have not been cleaned in 4 years, coffee maker in need of service day after day, BBQ grills need deep cleaning. Residents leave them disgusting after use — landlord needs to address that or clean at least weekly! Package delivery process needs to ...

Our apartment is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained! There are several ongoing issues that take away from the experience. A big problem is that dog waste is often left in the grass or on the sidewalks, and the dog run is frequently unusable because many people don’t clean up after their pets. There is almost never any visitor parking available because many tenants use those spaces to avoid paying extra parking fees. We really love our apartment, so it’s frustrating that these other issues ...
