June 7, 2025Miss happiness and caring of 1st year residents. Residents this year seem to be more kind and considerate than during my 2nd lease renewal year. The leasing agent is taking steps towards bringing complex back up to luxury status and welcoming resident interaction with events, newsletters, postings of interest and has been taking appreciated steps towards package delivery organization and securing premises. However, still looking forward to the time when there will be repairing and repainting ...walls damaged by move ins and outs, steam cleaning carpets and upholstery, and exterior window cleaning.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2025The community is safe and friendly, for people who have small family or couples who have small furry friends. Or even just singles who like to live in a friendly neighborhood and yet still have personal space. I like this community, for its quiet spaces and convenience. There’s small hospital, few big shopping plazas nearby, convenient stores and gas stations, Walmart and Costco, and the rental apartments are located at the junction of Rt. 9 and 18, so everything you need is in the reach.Property Manager Responded
