Great Place to Live!
August 22, 2023I don't usually say things like this, but 99 Pratt is a really great community to live in! Apartment management & maintenance are quick & responsive to fix the minimal problems that come up. Neighbors are very respectful, kind, and supportive. For a city, it's quaint and quiet unless there's an event going on. There are events for all different types of people - food truck festivals, music, pop up artists, XL Center & Yard Goats Stadium for sports. The units have high ceilings, new ...appliances, everything looks great and good condition. Very difficult
November 17, 2022Area manager put me on hold after telling me you’d better make up your mind prices are going up. Five minutes later a dial tone. Never received an answer to my question to make a decision. She never called back.There is so much to say not worth it. I’m still moving in. It just can’t get any worse. Lexington is a great property management company. Not sure what happened at this property.
