May 21, 2025I like living here. The townhomes are really nice, and the property is in a great spot off 501. Only thing I’d like to see improved is parking, more spaces would be helpful.The office gals are always willing to help with whatever I need. They looked busy when I went by the other day but one of the front desk ladies, Paige, still took time to talk to me about a concern I had and it felt nice to be heard by somebody in management instead of being brushed off like my last landlord would do. Loving my new place!

I was considering a few other properties in the nearby area when I first started looking to move and when I stopped by Abode, Paige gave me a personalized, in depth tour of the community and available floor plans. Well designed homes and knowledgeable staff
May 15, 2025I toured recently and had a great experience. I toured with Paige and she took the time to talk with me and my mom about the many details of my finances and living situation to help me make the best choice -for me- in regards to leasing. It was relieving to be heard and to not have a sale pushed on me that clearly wouldn’t have suited my needs like some other properties tried to do. She was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the move-in process. Everyone at the office is super friendly and has been very helpful with all of our questions. Our maintenance requests have been resolved promptly, and Joe (the maintenance technician) has been very professional and knowledgeable. He truly cares about what he does! Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is perfect for our needs and is in absolutely immaculate shape.
