The pros, it’s next to a Trader Joe’s and uptown mall. Central ABQ location in general. So you could literally walk to any nearby store and live a “city” lifestyle. The gated parking lot and community add a level of safety and security for your car and self.
Maintenance staff is pretty good and quick to address issues. Usually pretty quiet. I only hear my newest of the upstairs neighbors. Trash going out MWF. And occasionally some activity outside during the day. Pretty typical of apartment ...

The cons, bugs. For paying the prices around here, this is the most bugs I’ve had in an apartment. My “energy efficient” window lets in rain. The shower has consistently been difficult to keep the water in the tub. It seems like it runs down the wall, hits the lip then spills out to the floor in my unit.
I lived here for 1.5 years, and about 10 years of apartment lifestyle to compare to. This one is in the better half, but not a great value at the current rates.
