Ice machine I was unable to turn the ice machine off.Dexter came by several hours later( this was not an emergency). He was able to fix it! He told me that the ice was Blocked! He fixed the problem in only a few minutes. Yay for Dexter! ??

Pest Control Scheduled Dexter inspected our German cockroach and killed it. Then brought in the gentleman who scheduled us for treatment for Thursday, 6/25. We have instructions to empty all cabinets and drawers in-the kitchen. I don’t think we have a bad infestation, but because of the tenant across the hall had such a bad infestation I wanted to be ahead of the game.

Arrived quickly It was an easy fix. Dexter was on top of it. He had to take everything out from under the sink to tighten a screw holding the faucet. He complete the task quickly & replaced everything back under the sink. He is so helpful & polite. It is a huge relief knowing our maintenance is on top of everything.

Quick service Derek was here quickly & fixed the problem. He even showed me what to do if it happens again. Thanks to Jean for helping to find Dexter to help me. My microwave kept beeping & wouldn’t stop. The noise was driving me crazy. We are very lucky to have the Staff we have here.

Resolution It did take 3 days to get my microwave working when the staff had to contact the manufacturer and wait for their response, however if I had been in my home, it would have taken more time to get a repairman and the cost would have come out of my pocket. Happy we have such great staff.

Excellent Living Only negative is the WIFI they have here. It goes out often. We had Clearwire in FL for the same price & It was excellent. This Subway is terrible.
Otherwise the Management, activities & Maintenance is excellent. I love living here but get very frustrated when the WIFI goes out.
