September 5, 2022That is run away. Very poor service. Lots of promises and no results. Poor poor rate and review. I have been here only 5 weeks have bent over backwards to make it easier for these people to finish maintenance and repairs that should have been done prior to my move in date. Very little taken care of and what has been done is mickey mouse.Review from Apartments.com
Inefficient staff
August 24, 2022Cute apartment, decent neighborhood, very inefficient staff. I've been waiting a month to get electrical things done to the place. It was dirty and not cleared for me to move in, yet I was given keys. I have repeatedly asked to get the items fixed that need to be fixed and each time told someone would be right there. Not even....just fibs to get rid of me. Moving into a new place, paying fees and upfront rent, then to have the place be dirty, unfinished, and unsafe. Unsafe because the outlets are ...just hanging out of the wall. Been waiting 3 weeks/6 days to get these electric things fixed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
