December 11, 2023Like anywhere in Midtown, you’re going to have some noise on the weekends from the street or neighbors playing music, but overall AMLI Arts is way more chill than other buildings I’ve lived in. The daytime concierges are amazing, the gym is really large compared to other high rises, and the apartments feel like fancy condos with the high ceilings and marble floors. Plus the location is ideal- right across from a MARTA station and 1-2 blocks from Whole Foods/Starbucks or Colony Square.Property Manager Responded

Stay inside your APT
June 25, 2021If you dont have a car, or if you stay inside your apartment at all times, you will be fine. Nightmare parking, they claim its free but they have sold the majority of the spaces inside the residential area, good luck driving up five floors (two laps per floor....8-10 laps total) looking for one thats not "reserved".... everytime you arrive/leave. The free guest parking they claimed is not free, now pay by app. Which caters to party-goers filling the visitors section up, and ubering to nearby ...clubs. Which caused frequent car break-ins so they hired walmart security, who takes up 3-4 parkings spaces while on duty (1; security truck , 2; reserved spot where security truck supposed to be, 3-4; personal vehicle double parks so they can sit inside their car on the phone all night with the door open) Now threatening to tow residents vehicles for parking in visitors level (never tows people who dont live here, leaves a fake ticket on their car) No smoking building? Ha, you know better than that..... cant open balcony door or get off the elevator without smelling weed. Building is not secure, loading door is always open and anybody can follow anybody in, their keyfobs aren't floor specific like every other high rise. So yes, i can follow someone in and press whatever button i want, after they scan their fob, when i don't even have one. Will be at your apartment door undetected. Yes, maintenance, apt quality and marta access are the only bright spots. Leasing, concierge, security are all min wage quality. January 3, 2019So, I've lived here for over a year now. And the apartment itself is lovely. But I am not renewing my lease. I think there are far better apartment communities who represent luxury. See Pros/Cons below: Pros: - Great apartment itself, nice appliances - Maintenance comes super quick to fix any issues - Free guest parking (limited) - 24/7 gym - Easy access to 75 N - Pizza restaurant next door - Secure and safe building - Across the street to MARTA Cons: - Amenities are not 24/7 (which I find ...majority of other high rises are around the area. IE Modera, Piedmont House, Icon) - Elevators are atrocious. It can take 10 minutes to get one. The concierge has absolutely no idea why an elevator has been sitting on a floor for over 24 hours. I get move-ins reserve them, but I am sure there is a window. And the covers are never taken off and looks trashy. - Package room - a complete mess. Very challenging to even find your package and hope no one takes it. Unorganized. - Amenities are constantly rented out, which makes them unusable for ALL other residents. Absolutely no communication from Management on when that will be so others can plan according (no true resident dashboard or communication system that many other high rises have). - If you face the south side, a 19 story Hampton In is being built, which could take up most of your view. Almost 24/7 construction (although that's what you get living in the city.. just be mindful) - The concierge and leasing team have zero communication and do not communicate well. - It took me almost 5 months to get back access to the package lockers (was a computer glitch on their part). - Huge identity crisis. For being an "arts center" Amli has the saddest "art gallery" I have ever seen. Literally looks like something out of the flea market. - If you face the south side, be prepared that during the summer it will be so hot, that it is unbearable to sleep in the bedroom. Expect $180-$250 elec bills. All in all, the apartment itself was nice and I felt safe, which are huge bonuses. But, I think they have a lot of work to do before they can be considered luxury. I think communication, hands down, is a key critical and fundamental piece to make them successful, which for a year they have failed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
