June 1, 2024The noise between floors clearly indicates that there is no insulation between floors. You will hear the neighbors above you and the people below you will hear you so be careful what you say. A week doesn’t go by without something being broken and then taking days to weeks to have fixed. The staff also won’t care to help you once you have moved in.
