  • Poor management, dirty and noisy

    Management’s communication with their tenants is very poor. The building’s common areas area quite dirty and we rarely see staff cleaning. We had our rent increased 19% this year too. And the noise is incredible from our neighbors, we constantly hear them! However, I will say the location is great.

Melissa was the first one to greet me and help with my apartment search, she was so polite and friendly. Kareem answered all of my questions and was very helpful.     I moved from the east coast, so I really wanted to find a place to live that was safe, beautiful, had good amenities, was a good location, and didn't cost an arm and a leg just to live in a place the size of a closet. This provided all of those things and more! It's well-maintained, safe, quiet, and a great central hub for shopping, the beach, Disneyland, etc. I really love living here and see myself living here for quite some time.
