Building is well maintained but I dont feel like management really cares about you as a tenant. It’s all about money. Walls are paper thin too. Amenities are nice but can be used only for summer and fall

My lease started on 4/1 and although it’s only been a few days, it’s been seamless here at Milieu. The staff is extremely friendly, the leasing team was great to work with, and everyone in the building is so nice! The building is always so clean, the move in process was easy, and I absolutely love my unit! I’m very excited to be here.

Do not rent here, units are not maintained

I moved into a unit with a smelly garbage disposal and faulty loud pipes. I emailed the leasing team and asked them to fix it and they ignored most of my emails and completely screwed with me and took my rent. I would be very cautious signing a lease here they will take advantage of you before helping you fix any issues.
