Absolutely unhelpful and unclear about the apartments. The building manager didn't reach out to us about renewing, but got really upset because the automatic lease renewal was sent to spam. Then they refused to talk with us about it. Expected us to change our keys with 1 day notice while we were out of town. Really bad experience. Also the fire alarm goes off randomly every 2 weeks and we had dogs barking for 4 hours straight at 10pm last week. They haven't done anything about this.

Renewal notices and community updates, including the lock system upgrade, were sent well in advance via email, and we encourage residents to regularly check both their inbox and spam folders for important notices. At no point did management refuse to discuss a lease renewal or become upset with any resident regarding this matter. We also want to clarify that the community has not had fire alarms going off every two weeks. We recently conducted a fire drill in order to remain compliant with city requirements, and residents were provided with advance notice. Lastly, we take noise concerns seriously, but no report regarding a dog barking was made, so we were not given the opportunity to address this matter. Overall, we had a great experience with the rooftop rental. The only disappointing thing was that the trash can was entirely full when we went up. I told the leasing office but unfortunately there was nothing they could do because maintenance wasn’t coming that day

"I’ve lived here for a year and absolutely love it. The floor plan is open and gets amazing natural light, which makes the space feel huge. Management is super responsive—whenever I have a maintenance request, they usually fix it within 24 hours. The gym is a huge plus and never too crowded. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, well-maintained spot in a great neighborhood!"

The staff have been helpful and friendly. Moving in was helpful with the garage parking, carts, and elevator reservation. Touring and applying was pretty easy and explanatory. The building is clean and quiet. The fellow residents are nice. Payments and rent are easy through the portal.

Good sense of community and well-kept building. However, front desk staff can be very hit or miss. One of them said it was "ridiculous" that I asked her to pick up my package. And, they can be hard to find. Often extended time periods where the front desk staff is MIA.
