I've been really happy with AQ Rittenhouse so far- the front guards are so friendly, the amenities are always functional and clean. For the price point, it's fantastic.

I absolutely love it here at AQ Rittenhouse. My apartment is my favorite I’ve ever had in the city, and the rooftop is gorgeous. Plus the staff is amazing!

I've always heard great things about this apartment from friends who used to live here, so I knew it was a good place—but actually moving in has exceeded my expectations. Very nice people, good maintenance, great location. The only troubles are that the construction means that noise travels super easily, and stuff like people closing/slamming doors can be felt through the building. The other things is that the layout of the kitchen is pretty poor, just not very well designed with awkward drawer/cabinet placement.

This is a good place to live. There are some quirks like every building but overall it is nice. The AC/heating system in my apartment specifically is extremely loud but that does not bother me. Management is generally responsive along with maintenance.

Great! Everyone has been very friendly, especially the maintenance staff and front desk attendants. The only thing I have to say is the garbage trucks are very loud in the morning from 4 AM-5/30/6 AM
