Great until you move out!
October 21, 2023For over 5 years I had a great experience, which is why it’s so shocking to have had such a bad one moving out. There was a leak upstairs right as I was moving out that damaged my carpet. They had to run dehumidifiers for two weeks to try to dry it out. Then after I officially moved out I was charged over $800 to replace carpet. They conveniently charged me for “excessive wear and tear”. My utility bill was also double because of the dehumidifiers and they told me they would reimburse me for some ...of it… never saw a dime. They don’t communicate, and they’ll eek out every penny they can. I was a good tenant, clean and quiet, I’ve never been treated like that. Steer clear!!! Modern Apartments in a Cozy Small Town
June 5, 2022Arbor Valley offers stylish, modern apartments in the small town of Hartland, which manages to offer quiet and peaceful living while only being a short drive away from the larger cities of Milwaukee and Waukesha. Being newer apartments, I rarely encountered issues needing maintenance, but helps that the staff is easy to get in contact with. Both the office and maintenance teams were responsive, prompt, and cordial whenever I reached out to them. The only real issue with the apartment complex ...is the train which runs just behind them. Arbor Valley Apartments
August 21, 2015These apartments were finally finished being built at the start of spring 2015. The lot lays out as 3 different buildings each with 12 units, upper and lower, with balconies. The lot is next to 2 local grocery stores and close to downtown. One downside is being right next to a railroad track but the structure sas built to keep out the sound as best as possible.
