Overpriced
November 3, 2022Very overpriced for the very outdated property. The only Wifi that does business to the property is Spectrum and it never worked. They charged additional fees upon move out. I would use this only as a last resort.Property Manager Responded

Horrible work ethics
September 20, 2018Corporation change poorly trained managers like people change "pants". Because they do not know how to properly process their documentation, we are forced to over pay for rent. We got stolen bikes inside the parking lot. If you don't have orders they require 60days notice and if you have orders they required 30 days notice, even if you have last minute orders; and even when you give your notice with plenty time, their personnel do not process them and we are stock paying the consequences of ...their mistakes. Great Place
August 21, 2017My roomate and I are enjoying our time at Arbors of Killeen. We have a few concerns but you can't expect everyone to be as productive or attentive as yourself. Yet, we stay happy & its a place to call home for a while. Our concerns are the protected fence surrounding the community has missing bars that any size person can fit through. Yes, the arguement can be, but "the criminal can always jump the fence." My defense is; don't provoke them to jump the fence. Don't attract unwanted people. Other ...sad part is, as we know many apartments are known to be loud by upstairs neighbors, fine and understandable. Yet, the the upstairs floors are either built over an old roof or the nice new carpet is hiding the old cracking, thumping floor underneath. Other than that, everything is running smoothly. Roof parking are not promised by help by the manager she will do all in her power to make sure that spot isnt being abused by repeat offenders during business hours. Charmanique is a great manager and living here has been relaxing. Thank you to the service workers too, very attentive and quick. The community is nice and not loud during the evening which is really nice. The fitness center and laundry area are really nice too. Furnished is recommended instead of renting from other places and adding more debt to yourself. The bed frames dont support "Memory Foam" full size beds. Just standard full size beds. Becareful
July 1, 2016Apartment 427 has had e extreme water damage the last 6 months, also pay attention to the office management staff they are extremely shady. As a new tenant make sure to pay attention to the carpets became they are not really cleaned. Since they don't really clean the carpets expect fleas in the carpet floors.Review from Apartments.com
Pretty Solid Place
July 30, 2015The Arbors of Killeen rest in a pretty prime location. they are far enough away from I-190 that traffic noise cannot be heard but close enough to the highway that in a short minute you can be on the access ramp for your quick ten minute commute to Fort Hood. The complex itself is pretty good with covered parking which is surprisingly rare among other complexes in the area, a pool, and a friendly staff. Monthly rent is also very good especially for an apartment. There are a lot of complexes ...around that will leave you asking why you don't just buy a house for the prices they ask but Arbors offers a fair deal with great commodities in return. If there is one bad thing that can be said its that whoever decided wood floors on the second floor was a good idea was not thinking of the first floor.
