Lack of EVERYTHING!!!
July 6, 2021Property not being maintained properly at the moment. No maintenance personnel at this time accept one guy in which they claim he has a backlog of repair orders so no idea when things will get fixed. Gym has been closed for months. Pool isn't filtered properly its always dirty with frogs and leaves inside of it. I've been waiting 2 months to get the washer fixed now the dryer stop working and they have no maintenance available.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to call Home!
December 7, 2019I lived at Lakes of Margate peacefully, for 2 years and enjoyed it! I was spoiled living in my luxury aparment home. There was always plenty of open parking available, valet trash services, screened in balcony, full size W/D, pest control etc. Whenever I needed assistance Stephanie and Sujay were always available to listen, and help urgently in anyway. The reason I no longer reside here, is due to the fact I wanted to relocate closer to my job, and due to yearly rent increases, on average $50. ...Bittersweet leaving Lakes of Margate?
