October 6, 2021You will not live in a unit that looks like what they advertise. They haven’t paid the water bill in over a year and the city has put signs on our building to confirm this. The complex is not managed well and they slowly sneak in fees for erroneous things like parking, when you don’t have to pay for parking here unless your spot is reserved. Forest Park Apartment living and family
April 25, 2018As a family that has traveled countries and continents for several years, its rare to plant roots. We have traveled for work, for the military for our church and for leisure. So imagine our surprise when we looked back on our time at Forest Park Apartments and realized in a blink of an eye, we have been here from almost 15 years. Some of our biggest events of our lives have happened here. We have had the opportunity to see this community change and grow, externally and from the inside. From the ...change of owners and management in the beginning after moving here to the outward cometic and physical changes. From slowly watching the neighboring apartment complexes surrounding us change over to condos, to changing how we pay our rent and putting our community fully online. Connecting us as one family. My family has had the distinct pleasure of having the best and hardest working property management team around. We all have lives and so do they, but they care for our wellbeing and comfort. The management team wants us to come home and relax, to have a place for family and friends. They make sure that the place we lie our heads at night is safe and quite. And something we can be proud of having. Because we all deserve that. Forest Park Apartments has been my home for 1/3 of my life. For the most part, I can't imagine what our life would be like if we were somewhere else during that time. During crisis, like hurricanes and floods, the management team has shown they care and can be counted to help us. For our safety, they installed brighter lights, hired security, improved our parking area and organized neighbor watch meetings. For our families they have offered extra and free services, like tutoring for our children. During happy times and holidays, they have organized fun events like decorating contests, Easter egg hunts, safe Halloween treats in the clubhouse and other get-togethers. Hard working doesn't say enough about this crew that watches over us. If there is ever an option to keep our apartment if it goes condo, we will buy. Sold! Thank you, Rosa! Home sweet home
December 10, 2016Been living at forest park for about 3 years and I'm so glad that we found it! Whenever we have an issue in our unit, maintenance staff is always very quick to come and offer a hand. My son has locked a few doors in the apartment and without hesitation there has always been someone running over to make sure that we get our doors open! FOREST PARK APARTMENTS- A LOVELY PLACE TO LIVE
December 1, 2016It gives me pleasure to review Forest Park Apartments. I have been a tenant for over three years. The staff is very, very attentive to anything that needs attention. The apartments are very spacious and well appointed. I even have an upstairs loft in my unit. It certainly has come in handy for guests. I feel safe with the rolling patrol all night, which makes a lot of difference to a single person coming and going. I must say Rosa and her staff are the very best.....
