It is on the smaller side which I do like I went in for a tour today and the representative was super nice and friendly, and I love the units that she showed me the only thing I did not like about the complex as it is not gated other than that, everything else I do enjoy about it. Hilariously terrible in more ways than one
July 7, 2025Hopefully you love bugs and especially cockroaches because they will be your new roommates here at Arium! Before even moving in, there is a cockroach problem in every building that they won’t take care unless you tell them after moving in. Have a question that only the office can answer? I hope you love not only poor communication but starting every answer with a “maybe,” “I think,” or “should”’s! Because apparently no one knows anything here. Apartments: old and poorly taken care of. Small ...cracks in the wall that let bugs in, chew marks on doorways, a lock on the front door that has to be screwed back in every two days because the wood in the door is too old and corroded, and of course little to no insulation so you’ll pay twice as much to TRY and keep your place at the temperature you set your thermostat! :) Then finally once you get through all that during your time in this joke of a complex, there will be 20% taken out of your security deposit automatically that they list as “utilities,” no matter what. The check I received could not even be cashed in because the staff did not remove someone who never lived with us, that they confirmed multiple times will be fine. August 2, 2022A BIG NO NO NO for this apartment. (zero or negative star) Generally, I never give any reviews to apartments, but I want you to not face the same problem that I did. I applied for one apartment 1 month ago and paid for the application fee and admin fee. And I tried to reach out to the office with more than 100 calls, text messages, and emails. They never responded. I paid for the movers and packers, flight tickets, and car carrier because I was moving from out of state. When it was 10 days from ...my moving date, they called and told me the apartment is not ready to move into and I would have to wait for my move. I don't want this apartment any more because of their response and the way they treat their residence. They refuse to refund my application fees and admin fees, on which they never worked.Property Manager Responded

Leaks & Poor Management
May 19, 2022I’ve had a leak for months now and have been reporting it to maintenance for months. I’ve had mold, from the leak, since February and maintenance lied to me and said they fixed the leak and took care of the mold. All they did was paint over it. One rainy day and the leak is back. They never answer the phone. They don’t help you when you physically go in. Very rude. Would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

Run as far as you can
May 1, 2022The complex is very dirty with management not doing anything to clean them. Having roaches in your apartment is almost a guarantee, all due to the garbage and lack of cleaning. Apartment was handed dirty with paint stains all over the floor of the apartment. Floors throughout the apartment are uneven. And “brand new appliances” were rusted.Property Manager Responded

Entrega en mal estado.
July 18, 2021Nos entregaron el apartamento el 1 de julio con muchos detalles (no hay agua caliente, las puertas de uno de los cuartos y de un closet no cierra,tenía avispas en el balcón, el piso rayado, una de las duchas en mal estado, el mueble de uno de los lavamanos incompleto, persianas dañadas, y otros detalles que fueron reportados desde el mismo momento que nos entregaron la llave (esperamos hasta el día 2 de julio porque no estaba listo el día 1) Pues hoy, han pasado más de 15 días desde que recibí el ...apartamento y aun no me reparan el agua caliente,las puertas y el piso. Nos toca bañarnos con agua fría y a pesar que lo reportamos nos dicen que lo repararan pero no lo hacen. Worst Experience
April 18, 2021My oven has been broken since June. I was told there was nothing they could do other than replace it and that it was a common issue with the units. I kept being told it was on order and it's now April almost a year later. The office ignores your calls or gives you excuses until they can bully you into silence. My AC also runs nonstop in the summer and apartment can't go below 80 when the sun is up. My electric bill is $300 each of those summer months. I was told that other units were worse than ...me so I would have to wait. I had plenty of other minor issues as well that took a long time to resolve each time. September 16, 2020Lived here for 6 years. First 4 were average to good. The last 2 were awful. A broken AC in July took 5 days to fix. A broken microwave took 8 months and 6 visits to the office to get fixed. A bathroom ceiling leak took 3 weeks. The management is very poor and cut costs in every way imaginable, while increasing the rent and offering nothing more in return. They are now installing laminate flooring in the upper floor units, so people below can enjoy the concert of a stampede. Parking is extremely ...bad, which they've been promising for years to fix. While I never had a problem with bugs(I set my own bait), there have been numerous complaints from other tenants. The only good thing is the location, if you work in the area, but still not worth the price.Property Manager Responded

Excellent place to live
December 22, 2019After almost 4 years living in this place .. I have to say is really comfortable, big apt, everything is close to you like supermarkets and malls , even Disney spring.. really nice schools for kids ...!!! 4 pools 2 tennis court gym are part of the complex .. Wonderful location/ great staff
June 30, 2016This community is by far my favorite that I have ever lived in. The size of the apartments are extremely spacious and the price is great for this area. The staff are detail oriented and always helpful . The management team seems to care about the residents at all times. I had a minor maintenance request and it was fixed within one business day. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It is quiet, relaxing and is my home. I have to disagree with the negative comments about the pest control. I ...was told Massey took over a few months ago. Massey is a great pest control Company who have been super helpful in answering my questions. I rarely see a bug in my apartment Because they are on top of things. Best complex ever!
