My husband and I have been living at this apartment complex for almost 3 years now
The property management team is absolutely disgraceful
I’ve talked to multiple residences who feel like they’re consistently ignored.
Every summer I’ve lived here they’ve done a terrible job keeping the pools clean and just make more excuses every time they asked why the filters not running or why there’s literally trash everywhere. I had to personally bring my own leaf blower to clean the pool, and they ...
pretend that they cleaned it when I’ve literally stared at the same mess for weeks at a time that they ignore
To enjoy myself I personally had to clean up trash that was there for three weeks
The property manager does not know his staff and they just lied to him about the work they’re doing
Not to mention the spiderwebs that are all over our porches that they know we can’t clean ourselves and have no urgency to clean
The maintenance guys drive around all day doing nothing because I do their job for them at this point so I know that’s a fact
If you’re looking to get out of what you paid for do NOT rent here- they do not care about the quality of their complex
