Strangers that don’t live in the community are allowed to get in the gate and knock on people doors and maintenance people don’t knock on the doors and announce themselves poor communication between the office and maintenance workers

Beautiful all around! This place came w renovations that I really like and pray stay so beautiful for as long as I am there. My only reasoning for taking one star is im waiting long for maintenance.

Area/Location is good… Needs security especially at night. Poor lighting around the complex… gates needs to be working around the clock… rent is a good price for what you get…

I love it there! I’m just learning my way. I’m having such a hard time with the thermostat. Other than that it is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

Everyone has been very patient with me and helpful. Cierra has help me from the beginning. The maintenance guy came by and fix all our stuff on the list. Answer question I had about things as well. I have nice neighbors. Went walking yesterday and enjoyed it as well. Apartment it self has been very comfortable. Fits my mom and me. Love my back porch. People seem to very friendly.

Great place to come home from after a long day. Very convenient and near a lot of stores and restaurants. Very decent prices and spacious apartments. Also great inclusive community activities just about every month!
