lack of security
August 26, 2022It's not safe my car was scratched several times no the security camera the management of the condominium is terrible when I moved here I thought it would be perfect but it turned into a nightmare unfortunately I don't recommend living here anymoreProperty Manager Responded

Roach Motel
April 10, 2022This place looks nice in pictures and office staff is nice at first. Once you move in everything changes. You pay for valet trash service they never pick up the trash. Filthy, lazy neighbors leave their trash out and the local wildlife eat through the bags and leave a mess. Contacting the management office to complain doesn't work. They don't come out to check and nothing gets done. They never clean the breeze ways or make an effort to maintain the complex. This place only increases fees and ...rent but don't give any service. DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP, DON'T RENT AT THIS LOCATION. Appliances and apartments are ridiculously outdated for the prices they charge.Property Manager Responded

Can't recommend enough!
May 20, 2021We have lived here for going on two years with no plans to change that. Living at Verona at Valencia has been one of the better experiences with apartment complexes in Orlando. A big part of that is the customer service from the leasing office. I want to give special recognition to Sherley and Beddie especially because I am sure they deal with so much from residents, but it is always handled quickly and with grace. If there is ever a problem they are available to fix, solve, and even just vent if ...needed. So, thank you for that. When you enter the property it honestly doesn't even feel like Orlando, and it is so awesome to live in a place that makes me feel like I am on vacation. The buildings, the landscaping, it all shows so much effort that they really care for you to enjoy living here. The apartments are a unique layout which I love (we are in the 1/1 A2 layout) and it just feels so spacious. I honestly recommend this apartment complex if you are single, have family, or anything. Not a professional staff.
October 1, 2020I do not recommend this apartment complex. Everyone was so nice in the beginning, but that quickly went downhill when roaches were all over my apartment the day I moved in. They did move us to another apartment, but then things were old and outdated. Shirley is an amazing staff member, but everyone else never responded to emails and the manager, Nancy, was nice in the beginning but avoided us after the second move. It’s the worst

Worst apartment complex to live in

They are terrible at giving you any kind of notice as to when they are having an "inspection" of the apartment. It's probably suppose to be 24 hours notice but they slide a paper in your door less than 12 hours in advance. There have been multiple occasions where we believe maintenance or whoever is in charge of the apartments has come in and left foreign objects in our apartment such as a female catheter, twice. There is ...ZERO maintenance done to the dog park. There's poop everywhere even though people are suppose to pick up their dogs poop, they don't. We have had to pay over $200 for both of our dogs to be treated for parasites which they contracted from the dog park. They have this new policy that if you have a car that "can not be driven" (ie: expired registration)they have it towed but they don't give you ANY kind of notice that your car has been towed. No email, no phone call, NOTHING. I thought my car was stolen. I luckily went to the office 15 minutes before the closed and they were able to tell me it was towed. No one in the front office ever has any idea what's going on. They don't tell you when you have to get new keys for the pool or the package pick up area or mailbox. You have to figure it out on your own and ask why your current keys aren't working. I thought that living in an apartment was going to be a nice experience but this place has made me hate every minute of it. I wish I could give them 0 stars.Property Manager Responded

CRIME CRIME CRIME
November 16, 2015I have lived at this complex for 6 years. I used to love it here. The complex is well maintained, beautiful landscape, and great neighbors. But within the last year, the complex has taken a huge plunge! The crime rate has increased Dramatically, yet the residents are not being fully informed properly! Recently we have had numerous armed robberies, with one being a fatality. There has been a HUGE lack of concern for the safety of the residents by management to the point that they patronize us! The ...security doesn't do their job properly, and allows non residents to follow others through the gate without checking ID. There isn't sufficient lighting through the complex which is important now that there has been so much crime,and the time has changed.
