May 19, 2025Maintenance is extremely poor. It takes 2-3 months to complete a work order. I have been leaving this company for the past 3.5 years. Every time I inquire about the estimated time of completion for a work order, the staff will inform me that they are understaffed.Property Manager Responded

May 10, 2025Weston Reserve is a very lovely and beautiful place to stay and are pet friendly.The location is spot on and couldn't be any better for me and my family. There's many stores, restaurants and a great shopping center called Park West Village not too far away. On location, there are many amenities such as a pool/grill area, a small gym, a little park and one for dogs too! It's just the front end/office and leasing associates that aren't really there for all the right reasons. They don't mean well ...for people that reside here and aren't the right fit. They need to learn how to give everybody the same amount of common decency, respect and compassion and they do neither of those three things. It's truly disappointing. May 12, 2025Overall, my experience has been very positive. Everything is good in the apartment complex, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the leasing office staff. They are always professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their excellent customer service makes a big difference and contributes to a pleasant living experience. However, one area that needs significant improvement is the maintenance team. Unfortunately, they are not responsive when it comes to addressing ...maintenance issues. Requests often go unanswered or are delayed, which can be frustrating, especially when it involves urgent matters. I hope this concern can be looked into seriously. Additionally, I would like to suggest that a mesh screen be added to all apartment units. This would be a great improvement, especially during the warmer months, to allow fresh air in while keeping insects out. May 6, 2025From a location standpoint, the place is excellent—conveniently situated with easy access to essential amenities and transportation. However, a recurring issue we’ve faced is the persistent presence of roaches. Despite regular cleaning and maintenance efforts, this problem continues to affect our overall comfort and satisfaction with the space.
